Euro ZS Series 30-50hp

The ZS Series from Senator comprises a range of rotary screw air compressor sets that are powerful,
well equipped, base-mounted units supplied ready for hard work.

Each model has been developed using innovative European design concepts to achieve a compact layout, but with upgraded heavy-duty components to satisfy the demands of Australian operating conditions.

 

Ideally suited for medium-to-large industrial applications with continuous compressed air demand, the Senator ZS Series sets a new affordability benchmark without sacrifi cing performance, quality or reliability.

Unique Features

  • Vertically stacked air-end and electric motor layout yields a compact compressor solution with minimum installation cost and space requirements.
  • Noise attenuated cabinet with anti-vibration mounting of rotating components enables the unit to be installed adjacent to the working environment.
  • German technology rotary screw air-end with advanced rotor profi le and slow rotor speed ensures 24/7 reliability, high airfl ow output, low energy consumption and long service life.
  • Cabinet panels are hinged or removable for ease of maintenance access. Spin-on oil fi lter element and remote oil drain point minimize service downtime.
  • Triple-stage intake air fi ltration prolongs the life of the air-end, air/oil separator element and oil fi lter. Large air filtration capacity reduces pressure drop and extends element life.
  • Fan-forced oil cooler and after-cooler permit continuous running in ambient temperatures of up to 45°C without shortening oil life or increasing oil vapour carry-over.
  • Oversized air/oil receiver tank designed for optimal air/oil separation and increased lubricating oil capacity.
  • Multi-function electronic controller with LED display serves as a user-friendly interface for the compressor’s operation, system monitoring and maintenance scheduling.
  • Electrical fault, motor overload and high temperature shutdown systems constantly monitor and protect against major component damage.
  • High effi ciency, MEPS compliant electric motor also directly reduces energy consumption and carbon footprint.
  • Compliant with Australian safety standards and regulations for industrial workplace use.
